AGM of September 30th, 2011: a turning point for ANTEDIS
After 16 years of continued development a new period begins for ANTEDIS. Jean-Paul CLICHY and Patrick DANLOUP have sold their shares to Olivier MARCHAL and the holding company Financière ANTEDIS, which is owned by all staff and correspondents who work in the company. Financière ANTEDIS now owns 38% of the capital. On the occasion of the General Meeting on the 30th of September, Olivier Marchal was elected as President. He will be assisted by Jean-Paul CLICHY until 2013 to ensure transmission of the company in the best possible conditions.
General meeting of March 16th, 2011:

On March 16th, the General Assembly welcomed six new ANTEDIS employee shareholders to the holding company Financière ANTEDIS. Thus today 100% of permanent employees are now ANTEDIS shareholders!
Open Day 2011: Farmers answer « present »!
The Open day on February 3rd, 2011 brought together the ANTEDIS farmer partners from Champagne, Burgundy and Lorraine.
Organized on the Jâlons en Champagne premises, this meeting was an opportunity to remind farmers of the strategic importance of applied research in crop production, and thus, the central role of those farmers actively involved in field trials.
The presentation of the facilities and equipment was of course on the program, especially the new standards compliant buildings and equipment specificaly used in testing and experiments.
A buffet of local produce enabled participants to complete the visit on a tasty and friendly note.

April 2010: Opening of a new unit in Arras
Responsiveness is the key to the success of ANTEDIS. In order to allow its teams to respond most effectively to customer requests, ANTEDIS continues its policy of tight coverage of the country by opening a new unit in Arras. Thus, since April 1st 2010, 250 m2 of offices, with workshop and laboratory built to the highest standards, are ready to receive a team of 5 technicians.
General assembly of February 23rd, 2010:
9 new employee shareholders!
On February 23, 2010, the ANTEDIS General Assembly welcomed 9 new employee shareholders. This meeting was held at the Auberge des moissons, a farm in Champagne converted into a restaurant and hotel. It was followed by the inauguration of the new buildings in Jâlons.
Open House January 26th, 2010:
Farmers in the spotlight
The role of ANTEDIS farmer-partners hosting trials on their plots is essential to maintaining dynamic applied research in France. And these farmers are becoming more numerous, especially since the purchase of Cultivance.
To create a privileged moment of exchange and raise awareness of our work, the ANTEDIS team at Levroux held an Open Day for all the farmers with whom we carry out tests in the Charente, Poitou and Burgundy regions.
Over 50 people responded to the invitation.
On the agenda: the tour of our new buildings built to the highest standards, the presentation of specific experimental and testing equipment and, of course, a country buffet consisting of local produce.
ANTEDIS at Afmex 2009
We will be at the Parc des expositions in Le Mans on January 21-22, 2009. The Afmex show is one of the major meetings for agronomic research. ANTEDIS will of course be there, come and see us!
ANTEDIS takes over CULTIVANCE and reinforces its position in the south of France
At 62, Gérard Marmasse, founder and director of Cultivance, has chosen to sell his business to ANTEDIS. An important decision in the life of this man driven by a passion for his work which has enabled him, in the space of 18 years, to grow Cultivance to become an admired example in the world of agronomic research. It is with pride that the team at ANTEDIS take up this heritage with the firm intention to continue working with the same savoir-faire as Cultivance.
Business as usual
The entire staff of Cultivance has chosen to join the team at ANTEDIS so continuity is guaranteed. Thierry Logie joins the variety assessment department and Pascal Vassort. Karine Poivet joins the product and program assessment team and Patrick Danloup. We now have the know-how of over 40 people upon which you can count for all your agronomic experimentation and sowing and harvesting of trials.
Logistics / agronomic test sites in the south of France reinforced
From an organisational perspective, the buying of Cultivance and its sites in Levroux (36), Saint Jean d'Angély (17) and Limagne (63) means a reinforcement of logistics and agronomic trial sites in the south of France. These three trial stations complete the existing network of stations in Poitiers (86), Toulouse (31) and Nimes (30). The logistics will be spread between Jalons-en-Champagne for trials in the north of France and Levroux for the south. The agricultural machinery is also increased by the arrival of 4 harvesters and 4 drills among other equipment. They will be kept in perfect order by Patrice Courtin, the ANTEDIS equipment technician since 2005.
As Gérard Marmasse puts it so well: "time has flown by too quickly". We would like to thank him, once again, for the trust he has placed in us.
