The agricultural market is changing rapidly: with globalization,
mergers are increasingly frequent and the work habits of each trade are changed.
In the experimentation field, for example, the various players (research,
development and marketing) are becoming increasingly dependent on external
human and material resources to complete their tests under varied pedoclimatic
conditions. In more general terms, the new situation has highlighted an increasing
need for new agricultural services and this trend is set to continue in the
years to come.
Based on this observation, ANTEDIS was created by four
agricultural experimentation specialists wishing to place their dynamism
and substantial experience in the service of the plant production sector.
Since 1995, the company has experienced increasing success in all of its sectors
of activity, with a regular increase in the volume of trials, and increasingly numerous clients. The turnover has increased more than sixfold since the creation of the company and it stands at over 3.815 M Euros today.
Far from being a chance occurrence, this progression is
the result of a strong strategy adapted to the demands of the market's professionals:
large-scale equipment
and maintenance
investments, a flexible organization, competent personnel and, most importantly,
in the field assistance. In 2004, in order to offer a range of services even
better suited to the expectations of its clients, ANTEDIS has associated itself
with Jean Illiaquer to extend its offer to field vegetable crops.

- 2004: acquisition of the logistic base at Jalons, and extension of the buildings. ANTEDIS has also purchased the company owned by Jean Illiaquer and has thereby acquired a new activity for vegetable crops.

ANTEDIS
becomes a simplified joint stock company of which 100% of
the capital is held by the employees, and extends some of
its activities to Belgium.
- 1999: renewal of the equipment
fleet and generalization of on-board
weighing.
- 1996: 70 experimental
tests performed in three regions: Champagne, Picardie
and Beauce. Development of the sowing
and harvesting activity.
- 1995: creation of ANTEDIS by 4 agronomic
