>> Product and program assessment
 ANTEDIS
performs experiments for a large number of pesticides, in particular fungicides,
herbicides, insecticides, growth
regulators and seed
treatments while assessing products, programs or technical practices.
Herbicide tests
Amongst the large number of plots that ANTEDIS has to offer for performing
tests, a certain number have been specifically selected for the weeds
that they comprise. Thus, our technicians can test herbicides
under natural infestation conditions in all of the regions where we
are involved.
Furthermore, we also offer a weed sowing service.
The experience of the ANTEDIS employees gives them a great expertise in
this technique, which nevertheless remains tricky to implement. The steps
in weed sowing for product assessment are as follows:
| Choice
of weeds, according to the experiment's objectives, from the 154
available species.
Soil
preparation and sowing according to the species used.
Laying
of a water and air permeable cover to increase the temperature and
maintain humidity levels.
Watering.
Removal
of the cover on emergence.

Seed treatment tests
Our drill equipment, either conventional (Hégé
80) or precision (Hégé
95 and Baural),
enables us to perform this type of experimentation on all species.
Fungicidal tests
Products active against cryptogam diseases are generally
tested under natural infestation conditions. The wealth of our network
of test plots allows us to study sensitivity to the following diseases:
