CROPPING

Cropping leads to clean micro-plot delimitation. In order to perform this main step, our team designed a specific equipment from a classical sprayer.

SPRAYING

An electrical compressor sprayer with a spreading width of 2 to 3 meters, used on all crops for fungicide, growth regulator, insecticide, herbicide, nitrogenous fertilization experiments, etc.

A SOLO mist blower is used on vines.

Equipment for creating test aisles for all crops

Quad bike equipped for applying slug repellent products to all crops

SPREADING

For field vegetable crops, cereals, beet and maize, ANTEDIS' technical staff has designed a self-propelled precision fertilizer spreader. Fitted with a 2 to 3 meter boom and a turbine-driven strip cone feed device, it garantees an excellent spreading of the product on each plot.

IRRIGATION

Irrigation is performed using sprinklers. For tests requiring precise water supply management (e.g.: runoff experiments), ANTEDIS can implement specific micro-plot programming.

RAPESEED SEPARATOR

For rapeseed trials, ANTEDIS has two different equipment to separate or lift up plants before harvest:

An equipment designed by SRC. It consists in two cones with an adjustable separation width and rotation speed. It is used when there is a medium number of micro plots to be harvested. Please note that this equipment can be rented by ANTEDIS, departure from our logistic base in Jalons-en-champagne (France). Contact us for further details.

Baumont Canola separator

A Baumont self-propelled machine which can separate two rows at once. It is used for bigger trials when a large number of micro-plots need to be separated.
